Samantha here. With another action packed blog full of all sorts of goodies.
Not really. But, hey! It's okay.
My life is an adventure. I love my life. So should you. If you don't....then change it. It really is that simple.
Currently, I am living in SW Florida in a little leathery town called Fort Myers.
I've never been more broke.
I've never had more time.
I've never had such purpose.
I've never had better friends.
I've never known life to be so sweet.
I have an instagram. Follow me @samantha_yeah
I love photography... I've recently started a January Photo A Day challenge and it's been super fun.
This will be a blog about my instagram photo's. I may not post on every single picture. But, I would at least like to throw out my thoughts on my daily pictures. Chances are I won't keep up with it, but we will just have to wait and see!
Today, we are starting with day 11- Water. I chose this photo...
This photo was taken on the east end of Fort Myers Beach, right out side the Diamond Head Resort where Josh and I play beach volleyball. Okay, I'll be honest. Josh plays volleyball and I take pictures. It's hard to see but that dot on the right is a seagull. It really was a perfect day to be on the beach. 80 degrees, sunny and a light breeze. It's always summer here!
I'll post a few of my favorite from the last few days...
This photo was from Day 10 and the topic was "One O'Clock" so... this was a picture of the sky outside my apartment on January 10th 2013 at one o'clock pm. Also in Fort Myers.
Up next we have Day Nine; Paper. The caption read "It may be just another book to you, but for me it is my life." This is a picture of the lovely, Megan Campbell, reading out of the NLT Study Bible. My favorite part is the sun beams. And Megan's scarf. If you want to know more about me and my book, check out my other blog "For Something We Can Never Lose".
Aww....and Day Seven; Street. This one was so much fun to take. This is a photo of Benaiah (left) and Finn (right). They are brothers, friends and super cute. I have the privilege of babysitting these boys every Monday night. I only had to bribe them with cookies to get this candid shot.
We're going to jump around a bit here... This next one was Day Five; Movement. This place is my little secret. It went from being a cloudless sky to a down pour in minutes. I love watching rain move across the windows.
Day Six; Mine. This is a photo of my husband, Josh, on his longboard in the parking lot of the church we work at. First Assembly of God, Fort Myers. He's so hot.
This one might just take the pie for me... sunsets on Fort Myers Beach are simply wonderful. There are so many colors and textures in the sky. It's impossible to get a bad shot. This was taken under the pier. My favorite part... the itty bitty sail boat off in the distance.
That's enough for now! I hope you like my photos. If not, that's okay.
Until next time...
S
